Our team is so fortunate to have such a great facility to practice in! We currently practice at Virginia Techniques located in Christiansburg, VA.
In addition to being the practice home of our team, Virginia Techniques hosts college open gym nights on Tuesday nights during the collegiate academic year. Cost of open gym is $8 for a one hour session from 7:45-9:30pm. So, if you want to brush up on tumbling or stunting, or just want to come have a good workout, this is for you!

Begin by taking 460 east towards I-81
Take exit 2 towards Christiansburg US-11/US-460 BR
At the light off the exit, turn right onto US-11 South
Take the first right into the shopping center with Food Lion
Drive between Food Lion and Tractor Supply store
Drive around to the very back of the building (take two sharp right turns)
